OPERATION PROCESS

1. Perform installation and cleaning action

2. Put the paint into the paint tank

3. Open the air source ball valve

4. Adjust the air regulator

5. Half open the reflux ball valve

6. The pump operates normally and sucks the paint in and out through the reflux hose

7. Make sure the air inside the pump is completely removed from the reflux hose

8. Close the reflux ball valve

9. Connect the paint hose, spray gun and pump.

10. Open the paint outlet ball valve

11. Remove atomizing cap and trigger air gun

12. Verify that the air inside the paint hose has been completely exhausted from the nozzle

13. Put back the atomizing cap

14. Turn on the air source for spraying paint

15. Adjust air pressure

16. Start painting

HOW TO CLEAN THIS PUMP?

Please follow these instructions strictly

1. Close all ball valves and connect air source.

2. Put the suction hose and reflux hose into the paint tank.

3. Put the cleaning water into the tank.

4. Open the ball valve of the air source.

5. Close the ball valve of the reflux hose.

6. The pump will suck in the THINNER and flow out through the reflux hose.

7. Make sure the air inside the pump is completely removed from the reflux hose.

8. Remove the suction hose from the paint tank and suck in the air.

9. Make sure that the water inside the pump is completely exhausted from the reflux hose.

10. Complete the installation and cleaning work is done.
