Logistics Description

About delivery and transportation time&please note: We do not accept the dispute of no update logistics!

1. Because the battery (especially the high-power battery you purchased) is a special commodity, the terms of transportation are very strict, all logistics companies in china, including China Post, UPS, Fedex, DHL, are unable to directly transport electricity pool.

2. So we will start to transport your order from Hong Kong. Once the battery arrives in Europe or US, we will declare for import at the European or US customs. When the battery passes through the European or US customs, we will send it to you by UPS or Fedex. So the UPS number we provide will not be updated before the battery passes the customs. This is normal.

3. Once UPS's transportation number is updated, you can receive the goods within 3-5 days at most.If we can't find the updated information after delivery, and the transportation time is still within the time we promised, please don't bring up a dispute.

Warranty

1. We provide a guarantee for manufacturing faults/ defects of 36 months. This Waranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery.

2. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidental submerging of the battery in any body of water ( lake, stream , pond , or the ocean ), leaving the battery exposed in the rain, overcurrent situations during either charging or discharging of the battery, abuse, neglect, improper use, unauthorized modification or tampering, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, disposal in a fire, freezing, theft, accidenta damage, or other forms of physical damage.

3. All products are checked for quality before being shipped out.If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. In most cases we are able to sort out the problem by providing technical support, without your sending anything back.

1. Those buyers who buy this battery, must agree thatyou are familiar with the safe use of lithium battery knowledge. If you do not know safety use, returns for any reason the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you can not accept it. Please do not take this order! Thank you!

2. Regardless of the charging mode, as long as the battery temperature is higher than the absolute charging temperature, charging must be stopped.

3. Customers need to customize bms, which is used for strict monitoring, control and protection.

Correctly connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Prohibit pressurization. If the polarity is reversed, it will damage the battery and may cause safety issues.

Warning

1. When charging and discharging the battery, ensure that the battery voltage, current and temperature are monitored and protected.

2. Keep the battery away from heat sources, fire sources, and other corrosive environments such as heat and strong acids and alkalis.

3. Do not short the battery or install it with incorrect polarity at any time

4. Do not mix batteries of different models or different manufacturers.

5. Do not use external force to drop, impact or puncture the battery, do not disassemble the battery or change the external structure

6. When the battery is not used for a long time, please keep the battery charge at 30% ～ 50% SOC, and avoid direct sunlight or high temperature and high humidity environment.

7. When operating the battery, you need to wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves.

Q2: How about the quality?

A2: We promise all products with brand new and Grade A materials.

Q3: How about the lead time?

A3: We keep some batteries & busbar in our warehouse, the production can be finished in 3-7 days in regular battery and cells.

Q4: Does the shipping way to our country include tax?

A4: It depends on the country and the shipping way you choose. Most Asian countries, most European countries, the United States, and Canada have tax-inclueded shipping channels.

Q5: How do I confirm the high quality of the product you sent me?

A5: No matter how many you order, we will send you the pictures of each product before sending out.

Q6: How long of the transit time? The transit time set on your system is 60 days, do I really need to wait so long？

A6: No. If it is not a battery order, 5-10 days by air shipping for busbar / BMS / battery case, 35-55 days by sea shipping for batteries. DDP service is availble.

Q7: The battery and busbar are so heavy, will it damaged easily on the road?

A7: This is also a matter of great cocern to us. After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable. When you open the package, you will definitely feel our sincerity.

Emergency Treatment

1. If the leakage of electrolyte happens, and the electrolyte enters into eyes, rinsing them out with clear water and get a treatment in the hospital immediately instead of rubbing eyes, or the eyes may get hurt;

2. During the usage and storage process, if any peculiar smell, heat, color changing and deformation or any other abnormal occur to the battery, please cut off the power immediately. If the cell surface has got high temperature, please remove it from the device or charger after it gets cool;

3. Explosion will not occur under extreme conditions, but the battery may smoke, for this situation the cell should be isolated from air by any measures except using water, such as covering with sand, or using carbon dioxide fire extinguisher, dry powder fire extinguisher. The cell should be treated after smoke dispersing.
