3. After-sales

（1）All items are tested and are in good condition before shipment.

（2）If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us for a replacement or refund within three months after receiving the product.

（3）For any personal reasons (non-seller's error) return refund, please contact us within 14 days. The returned items must remain in their original condition, and the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned items, a refund will be made.
