SHIPPING INFO

For the retail order, we will make shipment by Airmail via Post in 3 business days after your clear payment. Each order has tracking number. The shipping time is within 12 to 30 days in most countries.

For the wholesale order, we will arrange the DHL, or EMS International Fast shipment to transfer the each order. The shipping time is within 3 to 10 days in most countries.

In order to make the item arrive to you on time, please add your phone number in your order address.

TERM OF SALE

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All of your problems will be deal with in 2 business days from the date you get the items.

If the order you received has a shipment?s defect, please email us pictures of the defective item immediately. We do need you to send back the defective part before we ship you a replacement. After our confirmation, we?ll send a replacement to you.

If you cant get the post after 30 days from the day we sent to you, contact us immediately. As soon as we confirm with our shipping dept., we?ll get a replacement on its way to you.

No refund or exchange will be accepted after 7days from the date of your receiving.
